My life in a nutshell

All is well with me. For those that don't know (since we never talk), right now I'm working full-time and going to school at night. I am also starting a tutoring job on nights I don't have school -- I'm trying to save some money to pay for a trip I'm taking in July. I'm going back to Spain! I'm really excited.

Aside from school and work, I try to maintain a fairly active social life. Church keeps me pretty busy. Also, my three best friends and I have decided we're going on a monthly "friend trip." Our first trip was a couple of weeks ago to the Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco; only three of us were able to go, but we had a great time. Future outings will include: a glass-bottom boat tour, canoeing, four-wheeling, and running a 5K. Here are some pictures from the Dr. Pepper Museum. I can't figure out how to place them how I want, so I'll just plop them in and figure it out another day.

I'm including a picture of a Dr. Pepper "vending machine" (or whatever you want to call it). There's a close-up of the lid too so you can see how the bottles were dispensed. It's very interesting! I'm also including a picture of my friend, Kyle, leaning over the soda counter. They mix the Dr. Pepper right in front of you! Then there's one of me outside the soda shoppe and one of the three of us outside the museum. We had such a good time!
